Our company is rapidly growing and we are experiencing high demand for irrigation services. Talented individuals should be passionate about irrigation systems and lawn care. Our in house training program will help you expand your skill set to be successful and create opportunities for yourself and others. As a Ryan Irrigation Specialist you will work with our customers to provide solutions and improvements to their irrigation systems. A unique work environment promotes teamwork and collaboration while also recognizing individual accomplishments. You will be responsible for running service stops, diagnosing and repairing issues and communicating with customers and the office.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a thorough knowledge of irrigation practices
• Is committed to providing excellent customer service
• Has strong problem solving skills
• Is willing to be a team player
• Is happy to work in all weather conditions
• Has the ability to manage personal schedule
• Has a willingness to learn new skills and work outside of the department to help the company achieve its goals
• 5 years of irrigation experience preferred
• ASSE & MO DNR Backflow Certification
• Irrigation Association Certifications

• Full time year around employment with a starting compensation of $50,000 to $70,000 with bonuses available.
