- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language goals.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as an SLP in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
