- Competitive Compensation - Earn up to $115,000 in total compensation, inclusive of annualized bonus potential of up to $20,000. Bonuses are paid quarterly based on key performance metrics.

- Provide Supervision & Training to develop BCBA and RBT skillsets and improve client outcomes.
- Drive Operational Success by collaborating with leadership on clinic-wide goals, hiring, and resource allocation.
- Engage with Families & Stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure continuity of care.
