- Meet & Sparkle our valuable Kona Kai guests from all over the world.
- Assist our Kona Kai guests with porterage/luggage.
- Must be able to elevate the guest service experience(s) with their Sparkling Positive Attitude.
- Assist guest with directions and perform first and last impressions.
- Resolves guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicates all guest issues and feedback to the leadership team to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Assist guest(s) in the lobbies and nearby working stations.
- Must enjoy working with other to achieve common goal for the Kona Kai.
- Schedule flexibility - must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Assists with other front desk duties as needed; telephone(s), frequently asked questions by our guests.
- Knows and follows company, environmental, health, and Safety Programs.
- Works extra shifts and hours as required. Prior approval from direct supervisor.

We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of the Kona Kai culture and serve with a purpose.
We are seeking a Bellman Attendant extraordinaire to assist us in creating a world class environment that will enable our guests to connect with our fine establishment.
The Bellman Attendant is a key dynamic position in the resort's Rooms Division.They will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Front Office Team primarily with day-to-day front-of-the-house service experience.
Reports to:
Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Manager and Director of Report Operations

Salary Description16.85 /Hourly
