    This is a Key Person position at Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ.

    CGS is seeking best qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. Expected award and start word date is March-April 2024.


    Essential Functions:
    Full-time, on-site supervision of the JLCCTC contractor support team
    Provides operational and administrative planning support necessary to meet the needs of the task order
    Provides constructive simulation and Mission Command System technical expertise and leadership in support of requirements

    analysis/development,

    planning/staffing/execution


    of JLCCTC integration and validation test operations, user site technical support visits, and ITADSS (Instrumentation, and Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, & Simulations) program support.

    Oversees test case development and submission of PTRs resulting from JLCCTC validation and assessment events
    Manages contractor support team in support of NSC Test Spine configuration and operations, providing configuration management of JLCCTC and partner simulation
    Supervises help desk operations and coordinates cybersecurity requirements, compliance and support
    Interacts routinely with the TPO-C and senior leadership; prepares and presents briefings to senior personnel as required

    Requirements:
    Knowledge in JLCCTC software development, VV&A, networking, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and virtualization
    Expert knowledge in setting up and operating JLCCTC, VV&A, analysis, troubleshooting, PTR writing and analysis, help desk support, problem solving capability, and an ability to brief JLCCTC status and issues to TPO-C and senior personnel
    United States citizen
    Active Secret Clearance

    Education:
    Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline

    Experience:
    3 years' experience as JLCCTC simulation technician
    Experience leading technical teams and Army training simulation exercise design and management
    Experience in linkages with other services simulations, federations, and partner systems

    Working Conditions:
    inside office on Government site
