    At Champion Container, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to help drive business growth.

    We offer customers a wide range of premier corrugated cartons, packaging supplies, and design expertise tailored to their needs.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing new and ongoing business with our current and potential customers through consistent interactions, presentations, and promotions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve sales goals by securing business with new and existing customers within assigned sales territory
    • Secure and maintain distribution of products and services through effective pricing, negotiation, and sales agreements
    • Create and revise lead generation plans to ensure a pipeline of sales opportunities
    • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value-added opportunities and improve business
    • Manage customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle to meet contractual obligations and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Seek and qualify prospective customers in accordance with sales strategy
    • Understand market dynamics and business drivers to develop long-term commercial strategies
    • Develop working relationships with internal teams to create opportunities for additional business streams

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
    • Valid driver's license with a good driving record necessary
    • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing
    • Strong relationship building, negotiation, and organizational skills required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
    • Ability to work well under pressure and be self-motivated
    • Employees must act with honesty and integrity when interacting with customers, vendors, and co-workers

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary range: $60,000-$70,000 plus commission
    • 100% commission with no cap once a book of business is established
