    Position Description

    As a

    PLM Architect,

    you will be the subject expert who works to understand current processes and uses influence to update the processes architecting and configuring

    TeamCenter

    as a solution.

    This will transition the organization from SmarTeam to Teamcenter, enabling us to streamline our engineering workflows, improve our data quality, and enhance our collaboration.


    Primary Responsibilities:


    Analyze the current engineering processes and data in SmarTeam and other platforms and map them to the best practices in Teamcenter.

    Design and implement the PLM architecture and configuration for Teamcente r.
    Provide guidance and support to the project team and the engineering users on the PLM functionalities and best practices.
    Collaborate with the engineers, consultants and the IT team to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Teamcenter.
    Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the PLM system.


    Required Education and Experience:


    Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in PLM architecture and configuration, preferably with TeamcenterStrong knowledge of engineering processes and data managementExcellent communication and influencing skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Experience in tire industry is a plus.
