Gastroenterology Locums in Michigan

An immediate and ongoing locum tenens assignment is available for an experienced Gastroenterology Physician in Michigan

Practice Setting
Hospital-based practice in Michigan for this locums assignment
Daily volume of 18 outpatients and 20 inpatient scopes
Collaborate with a team of 2 Physicians and 2 APPs
All support services, including lab and XRay, are onsite

Schedule
Daily shift hours are 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Schedule includes 24-hour

weekend call

Procedures and Cases
Primary responsibility is providing Endoscopy coverage
Must be proficient and willing to perform


ERCP
procedures
Manage and consult on all inpatient gastroenterology cases

Requirements
Active Michigan state licensure and CSR at the time of submission is mandatory
Board Certification in Gastroenterology is required
Must hold active ACLS and DEA certifications
Prior post-fellowship experience (minimum 2-3 years) is non-negotiable
