    Full Charge Bookkeeper:

    • Input invoices daily
    • Prepare accounts payable checks for multiple companies
    • Ensure accurate scanning of files: checks, invoices, deposit sheets
    • Review Operating, Payroll and Lockbox bank account daily and input activity for multiple companies
    • Prepare excel spreadsheets for bookkeeping tasks
    • Complete a "soft bank rec" daily for multiple companies
    • Complete Bank reconciliations monthly for multiple companies
    • Allocate expenses based on partner percentages
    • Pay invoices over the phone and/or online
    • Create and update "Rent List" excel and make payments timely
    • Create and update "Auto Lease" excel and make payments timely
    • Prepare and file Sales Tax Returns Quarterly
    • Direct Assistant to Accounting Supervisor for various assignments
    • Prepare weekly "Refund Checks' received from Billing Department
    • Match deposit tickets to day sheets received from our offices and scan
    • Prepare excel spreadsheets for partner credit cards and allocate expense
    • Maintain vendor list for 1099 Misc; prepare list for accountant
