    Title: Payroll Specialist

    Location: Riverside (onsite)

    Contract until July

    Pay: $30-35/hour

    Industry: Electronics

    We are looking for a Payroll Specialist in Riverside. This position is fully onsite in Riverside. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience processing at least 200+ employees.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process full-cycle payroll for 200+ employees
    • Process checks accurately and establish payroll procedures
    • Prepare journal entries relating to payroll
    • Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts monthly
    • Prepare garnishments
    • Review and reconcile reports regarding benefit deductions and 401k

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education
    • Prior experience using SucessFactors and SAP R3 highly preferred
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
