- Project Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of landscape construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure excellent execution.
- Client Engagement: Establish strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns, and providing regular project updates to exceed client expectations.
- Team Management: Hire, train and develop foremen and crew members; schedule and direct personnel to be as efficient, safe, and productive as possible; complete and review timesheets for accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with construction crews, foreman, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring projects are completed with a commitment to safety maintained on all job sites.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure workmanship meets design specifications and safety regulations, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Safety Management: Enforce stringent safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and create a secure work environment.
- Documentation Control: Maintain accurate project records, including change orders, progress reports, and financial documents.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections regularly to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
As a Landscape Construction Project Manager at Clean Scapes, you will be at the forefront of transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to take charge of construction projects in Austin. Your role will encompass overseeing all aspects of client projects, coordinating teams, materials, and timelines to ensure exceptional execution and profitability.
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
While performing the essential duties of the job, the position requires physical abilities such as heavy lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity, wrist-finger movement, digging using a shovel. In addition, working conditions include inadequate lighting, restricted movement, dirty environment, air contamination, extreme temperatures and weather conditions, intense noise, hazardous materials, or lifting or carrying heavy objects. The employee must be physically coherent and aware at all times especially when dealing with heavy machinery, equipment or while driving.
