Southwest Carolina Treatment Center is a leading outpatient provider specializing in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder. Our team delivers compassionate, evidence-based care that changes lives—and we're looking for an LPN who shares our commitment to patient recovery and wellbeing.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient safety, health, and long-term recovery in a structured, therapeutic environment. This position serves as a primary dosing nurse, responsible for administering pre-dispensed medication to patients and ensuring safe, compliant dosing procedures. You will work closely with the pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner, and fellow LPN to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary dosing nurse; administer pre-dispensed medications safely and accurately
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner, and other LPNs
- Complete Health & Physical assessments
- Carry out practitioner orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist the onsite pharmacist with administering treatment medications
- Administer and read Mantoux tests
- Perform EKGs
- Schedule medical appointments and coordinate follow-up care
- Provide referrals for additional medical services
- Assist in training and onboarding medical staff
- Support health and safety practices throughout the facility
- Maintain and monitor medical equipment and supplies
- Provide patient education on medication-assisted treatment
- Educate pregnant patients on prenatal care
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Complete all required documentation and reporting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
