    Job Summary

    The Nursing Assistant serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care.Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse(RN).Assists with bathing,toileting,grooming,dressing/undressing obtaining/recording vital signs,and providing psychosocial support.and also provides range of motion and passive exercises Completes tasks related food preparation dining while creating positive experienceresident.Assists residents meals snacks provides water supplements appropriately.Aids providers staff members procedures if needed.Documents interactions outcomes residentialcare behavior activity dietary.Comunicates changing condition concern/responses charge nurse.Collectors non-invasive body fluids specimens gathers vital signs PROVIDES housekeeping laundry servies assists residence keeping area operational ASSISTANCE AND DOCUMENTATION WELLNESS RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS ENCOURAGES PARTICIPATE.
