ACEC seeks an Assistant Director to provide administrative support for non-dues revenue efforts including recruitment of Affiliate members and administration/execution of exhibit, advertising, and sponsorship products.
- Assists with production and management of association trade shows held in conjunction with the Annual Convention and Fall Conference.
- Negotiates digital advertising contracts for e-magazine, newsletters, website podcasts email blasts creation insertion orders invoicing data collection analysis marketing materials preparation sales goal setting retention upselling client relationships activation fulfillment benefits signage development CRM platform maintenance exhibitor sponsor data interface mobile app vendors coordination move-in move-out service contractor venue issues registration invoicing media kit rate card agreements ad placement records tracking tools reports generation technology solutions enhancement affiliate advisory committee goals advancement SOPs development maintenance
