    Experienced FNP or PA
    Reidsville Family Medicine

    Location: Reidsville Family Medicine, Reidsville

    Work Hours: 40.00

    Provider Schedule: 8-5 M-F

    On call Required: Yes

    Education: Appropriate degree required from accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

    Experience:
    1 year of clinical experience specific to practice as a NP or PA preferred
    Must be able to see all ages, newborn to adult

    Licensure/Certification/Registry/Listing:
    Required
    BLS (CPR) | American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    Current PA or NP licensure in the State of NC
    DEA License

    Essential Job Functions:
    - Communicates professionally and effectively with patients, co-workers, and referring physicians
    - Provides appropriate patient assessment and establishes evidence-based plan of care with physician input when appropriate
    - Provides patient education and discusses ongoing care, medications, and resources for self-education
    - Responds quickly and professionally to emergent care demands and nursing questions
    - Reviews, interprets, and integrates patient data accurately and timely

    Conditions of Employment:
    - Maintain licensure/certification/registry/listing
    - Completion of annual mandatory requirements
