    Description

    The Laundry Attendant position at the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin involves maintaining a steady supply of clean linens for the hotel.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle all aspects of linen processing, including collection, transportation, sorting, loading and unloading of washers, dryers, and laundry chutes, folding, storing, and delivery.
    • Wash and dry all soiled linens, towels, rags, etc., in accordance with instructions from management.
    • Sort and remove dirty linens and towels from laundry carts.
    • Fold linens/towels and replenish linen carts as needed.
    • Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently.
    • Regularly clean dryer filters and maintain all equipment properly.
    • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues.
    • Sweep and mop laundry floors to keep all linens off the ground.
    • Maintain cleanliness of laundry carts and ensure they are free of debris.
    • Ensure familiarity with Company policies and Brand Standards.
    • Stock all linen closets throughout the hotel as required.
    • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Capacity to handle laundry carts of varying weights.
    • Capability to handle linens of different weights.

    • Minimum age of 18 years required for this role.
