Physical Therapist - Home Health

GHR Healthcare has an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist to work with a top-notch health system in Philadelphia

_ 13-week contract assignment or possible option of perm placement_

Territory Options: Beautiful location~

• Vicinity of Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Broomall, Wynnefield, Overbrook

Job Details:

• Day shift
• (5) 8s
• 13- week contract with option to extend
• 4-6 clients daily = 24 points per week

Payrate: $63-65/per hr-*Paid per hour not per visit*

Travel package estimate: $2,645/week

Job Requirements:

• Current PA PT licensure
• At least 1 year experience in home health using Oasis
• PA Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
