    Job Description
    Duties of this position include

    :

    Provide management oversight of our Third Party Administrators' Workers' Compensation claim personnel by monitoring claims on-line using our Third Party Administrator's claims system
    Review monthly loss runs for trends, reportable claims and/or problematic claims
    Work proactively with the Third Party Administrator to identify claim issues and help drive claims to resolution
    Provide superior claim services to internal and external claim partners
    Participate in reviews with insureds, brokers, and Third Party Claim Administrators
    Interface with Underwriters regarding claim status exposures. Discuss trends and other factors impacting their risks
    Prepare and present internal management reports for claims with net exposure to Starr Indemnity & Liability Company in excess of $250,000, as required
    Maintain and/or obtain any state adjuster licenses as directed by management
    Participate in special projects as required
    Skills Required

    :

    5 years handling oversight of Workers' Compensation Claims
    College degree
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong organizational skills
    Ability to multi-task and prioritize
    Must be self-motivated and a team player
