    The Supervisor Security Operations Center is responsible for the management of enterprise security operations and security operator staff, structure and schedule.

    You will ensure that department procedures are up-to-date, technology systems are functioning accurately and operators are trained to respond to incidents.

    Responsibilities/Expectations:
    Hires, trains and prepares enterprise security operators and leased workers to respond to critical calls or alarms
    Conducts training for enterprise security operators and ensures operators follow department standards and or process
    Manages staff and processes applicable to Code of Federal Regulation 33 (CFR 33) security program
    Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management
    Leads business continuity program for enterprise security response for business disruptions and crisis management; covers shifts as needed
    Other duties as assigned


    Education/Years of Experience:

    Required:
    Associate's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years work experience OR six (6) years related experience in crisis response, security, control center management and energy operations

    Preferred:
    Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years related experience in crisis response, security, control center management and energy operations


    Other Requirements:
    Highly skilled in organization and interpersonal communication, prioritizing safety above all
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

    Preferred:
    Experience with Genetec, Milestone, CCure and Avigilon security software systems


    Preferred:
    Proven leadership experience


    Preferred:
    Familiar with Emergency Response and National Incident Management System (NIMS) and external agencies

    Preferred:
    Experience in console operations


    Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
    Must be able to work a flexible schedule which could include after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays
    Up to 5% travel
