    BlueFin is based in New Iberia, LA.Job SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for managing projects within Pipeline, Process, and Industrial Services Division.

    This position is responsible for planning all aspects of the job such as equipment, personnel, costs, resource allocation while adhering to HSEQ standards.

    The Project Manager guides and instructs field personnel by clearly communicating to the assigned job Lead or Supervisor to properly execute the job as planned.

    Works directly with the President, Operations Management team and Estimators in order to provide the most profitable and economical solutions to the client's needs.

    The Project Manager is a critical position who is highly responsible for delivering a successfully executed project and positive experience to our clients.

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee projects from start to finish (estimate, budget, operations, resources, personnel, equipment)Understand and manage HSEQ risks throughout the project, ensuring BlueFin processes and systems meet or exceed client requirementsHave a clear understanding of project deliverables and client expectationsPerform on-site Project Management duties as requested, which may be project dependentServe as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various projects as requestedAssist the Estimator in bidding jobsKeep track of daily costs and ensure proper documentation is completedClearly communicate project directions to the assigned job Lead or SupervisorMake Sales Calls with Business Development Representatives as requestedPerform Site Visits as requiredOrganize, Administer and attend pre-bid, pre-job, post-job, and project meetings internally and with clientsWrite Project Work Plans (PWP), Project Completion Reports (PCR), and other project related technical writingDevelop and Maintain client relationshipsAssist with developing training criteria for field employees as well as provide continuous feedback on job performance during and after projectsCommunicate with Client's on all levelsReport, document and communicate all elements of Quality and Safety as relevant and within the scope of your assignmentsApprove or disapprove all time for personnel allocated to respective projectsUpdate resource management data in various software's as requiredUnderstand and adhere to all applicable regulatory standardsEnsure compliance with all Bluefin policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma required.

    Technical Degree preferred.

    Experience with the discipline you are assigned to, which may include but is not limited to; CT operations, high pressure pumping, production chemicals, production facilities, natural gas facilities, umbilicals, tank cleaning, hydroblasting, pickling, and passivation, lube oil flushing, design, and operations.

    Experience in planning and managing large-scale projects preferredEducation and experience may be substituted for one another.
    Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
