- Maintain regular dialogue with clients in order to report improvement tickets to enhance current processes as well as future program development.
- Collaborate with developers to track issue status.
- Facilitate client onboarding, including web demonstrations, training, and data migrations.
- Serve as the primary contact for software configuration setup.
- Distribute user access while maintaining security by assigning appropriate roles.
- Aid in the process of client departures ensuring timely closures, data transfers and client satisfaction.
- Train both staff and clients on newly released features and best practices.
- Build custom reports and ensure data integrity.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and report improvement tickets in Jira.
- Collaborate with the Security Control Working Group to enhance current processes.
- Troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 software issues promptly.
- Determine priority levels for Tier 3 support requests.
- Configure server settings across various environments.
- Stress test software on multiple environments and servers to validate workflows.
- Update HTML for notification templates within the Sec-Con software.
- Assist in creating user guides and contribute to the Knowledge Center.
- Participate in miscellaneous projects related to data integrity.
