The Manager Community and Field Engagement oversees team responsible for building maintaining strong relationships local communities members partner organizations Los Angeles County This position leads strategic community outreach executes grassroots outreach health education engagement initiatives increase awareness understanding utilization health plans programs
- Develop execute comprehensive community engagement strategy increase visibility trust among diverse communities served by plan Lead mentor team planning executing evaluating outreach activities educational events Collaborate cross functional teams ensure consistent messaging adherence regulatory requirements Integrate key policy regulatory updates into community education staff training plans
