    Summary
    The Heritage Club, Boston's first black and woman owned dispensary, is looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our growing team The Heritage Club is committed to promoting equality, celebrating diversity, making reparations for the War on Drugs and investing in the community we serve; the ideal candidate will share in our company ethos.

    Responsibilities/Duties

    • Take part in receiving/stocking/distributing and reporting cannabis products
    • Apply all The Heritage Clubs Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to inventory, ordering, and storage of marijuana.
    • Report all inventory and product in compliance with state laws and regulations
    • Openly communicate with upper management to ensure adequate stock supplies
    • Comply with all documented security procedures
    • Perform regular inventory audits
    • Manages State inventory system (METRC) and its integration with POS and other electronic systems in use
    • Commit to understanding and adhering to all State and local recreational cannabis regulations, statutes, laws & guidance
    • Complete and maintain waste logs in adherence to the CCC guidelines
    • Support management team in compliance enforcement of all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, as well as execute and enforce compliance efforts and requirements as directed
    • Assist with oversight of compliant receiving, storing, converting & disposing of packaged inventory
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • 2-3 years of inventory experience preferably in marijuana dispensary
    • Interest in inventory procedures and systems.
    • Highly organized
    • Team player
    • Mathematically minded
    • Experience with Metrc and Leaflogix is a plus
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Willingness to learn about inventory/fulfillment
    • Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds
    • Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders
    • Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
    • Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
