    The vibrant team at BMF is currently seeking a talented Vice President to join their Client Services department.

    As the Vice President of Client Services at We Are BMF, you will lead a team responsible for managing and executing various marketing campaigns and programs. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a high level of motivation. You should thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and possess exceptional interpersonal skills to build and nurture strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership, Performance Management & Talent Development:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the client services team to achieve growth objectives and enhance business processes.
    • Mentor and develop team members to ensure goal achievement and professional growth.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and open communication.
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team focused on client acquisition and retention.
    • Collaborate with the Operations team to recruit top talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
    • Conduct performance reviews for team members.

    Client Relationship Ownership & Leadership:

    • Act as a business leader for client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
    • Manage client relationships and work towards increasing profitability and achieving client goals.
    • Develop strategies to expand existing client business and drive organic growth.
    • Lead budget discussions with clients and establish long-term relationships.

    Account & Project Leadership:

    • Direct and manage account/project teams to oversee the execution of client initiatives and ensure profitability.
    • Lead strategic planning efforts and ensure the quality and impact of client work.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define client expectations and support agency success.
    • Identify opportunities for organic growth and drive revenue generation for BMF.
    • Lead milestone client presentations and ensure successful project completion.
    • Manage communication with internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.

    Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Determine staffing needs and lead project resourcing decisions.
    • Manage team bandwidth, project budgets, and client billing.
    • Develop client SOWs, Change Orders, and oversee financial activity.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of account management experience in a marketing agency setting, with budget management experience.
    • Experience in team management and development.
    • Proven track record in strategic leadership and program management.
    • Strong client service experience in various industries.
    • Ability to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
