Job summary
The Assistant Director, Operations, Transitional Housing oversees the daily operations and residence supervision for Breaking Ground's transitional housing portfolio,including safe havens,stabilization beds,and drop-in centers. The Assistant Director supervises Shift Supervisors assigned to transitional housing sites across the Breaking Ground portfolio.
- Ensure appropriate 24/7 Residential Aide staffing at all transitional housing sites in compliance with city and state regulations
- Supervise Shift Supervisors across all shifts
