    Director of Project Management – Bradley Construction Management – Job Description

    Position Key Responsibility Summary:

    • Provide strategic direction for the project management team.
    • Develop and direct project management operations.
    • Oversee the work of project managers and program managers.
    • Oversee and coordinate the resources needed for projects within the defined scope provided from the client.
    • Provide strategy for projects and establish standards, processes, and tools to ensure their successful delivery.
    • Set productivity and quality targets and assess results.
    • Monitor project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects and processes.
    • Help escalate project issues that might impede project delivery and coordinate solutions with assigned project manager on the project.
    • Provides support to Business Development team as necessary to maintain relationships with existing client base.
    • Conduct site visits, as necessary.
    • Support the Bradley preconstruction team and other field personnel.
    • Communicates with owners, engineers, suppliers, and consultants to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements.
    • Keeps accurate meeting notes at all meetings.
    • Manages scope development and scope analysis.

    Qualifications:

    • College Degree
    • 3-5 Years of relevant work experience
    • Experience in the Renewable Energy Industry necessary (wind, solar, battery storage, transmission)
    • Project Management or Construction Management required.
    • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent computer skills, including MS-Excel, Word, MS-Project, Outlook, and Bluebeam Revu (or similar)
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects or tasks.
