- Tier 1 onsite support for those working in the office. If not able to resolve, able coordinate with the sys admin for escalation. Sys admin are remote.
- Verifying the audio and visual systems in conference rooms are working in case any room is needed during the day for use.
- Will be working tickets on a daily basis, that could include remote support or walking to the individual's desk and helping troubleshoot in person.
- Active Directory
- Ticketing System experience.
- 3 plus years of help desk support with preferred customer service background.
