Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Mechanical Drafter to join their team. As a Mechanical Drafter, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Solidworks, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Drafter (Solidworks)

Location: Port Orange, FL

Pay Range: $22 - $30 hourly

Shift: M-F 8AM-5PM

What's the Job?

• Create detailed mechanical drawings and specifications.
  
• Collaborate with engineers to develop design solutions.
  
• Review and revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of design processes and revisions.
  

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Solidworks software and mechanical drafting techniques.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
  
• Experience in a mechanical design or drafting role is preferred.
