- Lead, manage, and develop the staff including Assistant General Managers, Front Desk Associates, Overnight Front Desk Associates, Cleaners, and Trainers
- Address club issues involving employees and members respectfully and effectively
- Create and maintain a Judgement Free Zone
- Promote the Planet Fitness brand within local communities
- Ensure accurate daily deposits
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures
- Control inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available
- Manage staffing needs and adhere to the payroll budget
- Conduct self-inspections and training as required
- Provide regular feedback and support to team members
- Stay up to date with company policies and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong work ethic and decision-making skills
- Self-starter with strong initiative
- Basic computer, math, and communication skills
- Excellent supervisory skills
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Two years of Supervisor or Manager experience in a high-volume environment is a plus
- Continuous standing, walking, and talking during shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
