Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while maintaining the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage phone systems to respond to inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly.
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns or issues with professionalism and care.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure the front desk & public hotel areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing an outstanding hospitality experience.
