    Executive Pastry Chef Benefits:

    Base salary ranges between $80, $95,000.00

    Executive Pastry Chef Qualifications:

    • At least 3–5 years in an executive fine dining pastry leadership role
    • Culinary degree with a specialization in pastry OR sufficient experience in luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, or clubs
    • Skilled in advanced pastry techniques, chocolate work, sugar artistry, and bread production
    • Expert skill set in international cuisine and technique, classic and modern pastry techniques, plating, and ingredient sourcing
    • Positive demeanor, strong organizational and multitasking skills

    Executive Pastry Chef Duties:

    • Lead the pastry department with a relentless commitment to quality, consistency and innovation
    • Collaborate with the Culinary Director and Executive Chef on the overall menu strategy, event planning, and special functions
    • Ensure kitchen hygiene and adherence to health and safety protocols
    • Actively participate in team development and mentoring
    • Respond appropriately and effectively to unplanned operational needs
    • Monitor labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, par-stock levels, inventory control and training
    • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards
