Job summary
We are seeking a Surgery Scheduler/Financial Counselor to join our team at The Oregon Clinic. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for scheduling/rescheduling patients' appointments, coordinating care between clinic and surgery centers, and maintaining surgical block schedules. You will also answer phones on multi-line systems and perform collection duties for insured and self-pay patients.Responsibilities
- Promotes efficient physician scheduling and patient access by properly scheduling/rescheduling patients' appointments according to all office protocols and physician requests in an efficient and timely manner.
- Coordination of care between clinic and surgery centers.
