- Strong Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and proven ability to implement and teach Lean tools.
- Knowledge of costs and other techniques for maximizing the effectives of manufacturing.
- Possess strong ME & IE skill sets that will be utilized in value stream transformations.
- Working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software design tools to design material handling, manufactured parts, text fixtures and to create blue prints.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Able to design and think analytically and creatively.
- Able to operate on own initiative but also contribute as a team member working within the Manufacturing Team, Design Team, Test Team and other cross functional teams.
- Coursework completed towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
