Cooking Expertise: Prepare a wide variety of dishes according to our recipes and specifications, ensuring high-quality and consistent taste.

Food Preparation: Support the kitchen team with prepping ingredients, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.

Station Management: Keep your assigned cooking station clean and organized, ensuring a smooth workflow and promoting efficiency.

Recipe Adherence: Follow our established recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in every dish.

Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe cooking environment at all times.

Experience: 1-2 years previous line cook experience is preferred

Attention to Detail in following recipes and plating dishes.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.

Organization Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a high-volume kitchen.
