Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Schedule: M-F; 8 hours. Flex schedule available and required when needed.
• Setting: SNF
• COVID Vaccine policy not required; form acknowledging risks if not vaccinated is required.
• New grads okay if SNF clinical experience.
• 88% productivity-point of service documentation will continue to extend your clinician if they want to stay just need resume to sub.
