- Active Top Secret clearance w/SCI.
- 10 years of experience in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of DoD clients.
- Knowledge of IT Networks.
- Knowledge of User Activity Monitoring Tools and cyber capabilities.
- Ability to conduct security policy analysis, develop guidance, and author memoranda.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely using verbal, written, and visual methods to senior clients and peers on technical, policy, and functional issues.
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity in lieu of degree.
- Experience with policy analysis.
- Experience with providing subject matter expertise in Government Security Community.
- Knowledge of National and Federal Agency regulations.
- Knowledge of CNSSD 504.
- Master's degree.
