Housekeeping Specialist
FLSA Status:

Position Reports to:
Operations Manager

Round Rock, TX
Responsibilities:
The Housekeeping Specialist's primary responsibility is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests within CWS standards and procedures safely and efficiently.
Clean, prepare, and pack housewares kits.
Follow bed bug protocol and procedures.
Perform housewares delivery and installation, and housewares pick-ups.
Perform and complete work orders within CWS standards and procedures while using the company's mobile field service/ERP system.
Inspect assigned vehicle daily before and after usage, maintain vehicle log, and report any problems to the operations manager. Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
Maintain inventory of housewares, cleaning supplies and report to the supervisor of any supply requirements to perform daily tasks. Report to the supervisor of any damaged inventory discovered while performing a service.
Washing, drying, stain treatment, folding, sorting, organization, and storage of all linen per CWS standards and procedures.
Travel to business regions to complete job-related tasks as needed including overnight stays.
Responsible for safety procedures and bring any unsafe working conditions to the attention of management immediately.

Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
This job operates in a warehouse and apartment community work environment.
This role routinely uses household cleaning supplies and may be exposed to dust, fumes, and gases prevalent in apartment communities.
This job requires maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling, bending at the neck, waist, arms, legs, transporting an object, lifting to 50 lbs., ascending or descending stairs, and ramps.
Education/Certification:
High School diploma or GED or equivalent
Experience Preferred:
At least 1 years of experience in housekeeping in a hospitality setting i is a plus.
Requirement:
Ability to pass background, drug and driving record check annually, as per company policy andguidelines.
Must maintain a valid and unexpired driver's license that meets company driving standards and maintain current automobile insurance and registration.
