Schedule

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (08:00 AM - 06:30 PM) with weekend and holiday rotations as applicable.

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for assisting in various interventional procedures, including neuro, endovascular, and abdominal interventions. The role requires proficiency in both scrub and circulate responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for interventional procedures.
• Set up and maintain sterile fields and equipment.
• Assist radiologists during interventional procedures.
• Utilize specialized equipment, including EKOS and closure devices.
• Perform charting and documentation using EPIC: Radiant and Q-site.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2+ years in Interventional Radiology.
• Current NJ Radiologic Technologist license required.
• BLS and ARRT certifications required.
• Experience in a Trauma Level I or II facility preferred.
• Teaching hospital experience required.
