    Overview:


    The People/HR Generalist works to respond to human resource (HR) issues and inquiries on matters such as employment law and compliance, providing conflict resolution services and communicating HR programs and policies.

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience.

    This person will be responsible for creating and reporting on various HR metrics, maintaining processes and trackers, assisting employees and will act as a support and backup for their respective HRBP and Sr.

    HRBP.
