    The Marketing Project Manager plays a vital role in helping Wycliffe accomplish its Bible translation mission by being responsible for coordinating projects and overseeing Marketing-led and interdepartmental initiatives. With a comprehensive understanding of both project management and marketing strategy, your expertise will execute projects within the project management lifecycle from strategic ideas to final implementation including communication with external partners ensuring all marketing projects are delivered efficiently, effectively and innovatively. You will lead initiatives that will cultivate meaningful connections and amplify the impact of our mission.

    Minimum Spiritual and Personal Commitment:

    • Establish and maintain a team of prayer partners (minimum 3-5 partners) who commit to praying for you as you respond and commit to your season of ministry at Wycliffe.
    • Actively participate in corporate prayer and devotional times such as weekly team devotionals, Entermission, Scripture Celebrations, Spiritual Retreats and World Day of Prayer.
    • Maintain an exemplary standard of Christian ethics, behavior and conduct within Wycliffe and in your public and private life outside of Wycliffe, and agree to abide by Wycliffe's ethics, behavior and conduct standards at all times.
    • Demonstrate Christian maturity in all interactions as displayed by good judgment based on biblical values and principles.
    • Actively incorporate your Christian faith, as well as Wycliffe's beliefs and core values in all aspects of your daily work
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for unreached people groups around the world.
    • Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation.
    • Participate and lead in the development, planning, execution and delivery of Marketing-led and interdepartmental project management initiatives.
    • Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with marketing team members, content creators, and technical staff to ensure all projects are aligned with organizational marketing strategies, executed to the highest standards and within budget.
    • Analyze the implementation of the project intake processes for Teamwork software, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategies to streamline and expedite these processes.
    • Develop and implement design and management level review and oversight into the project management Teamwork driven processes and coordinate training for management and interdepartmental users.
    • Review and develop project management processes for external vendors coordinating with the legal department on contracting needs.
    • Manage print processes for all Marketing led initiatives coordinating with external vendors coordinating deliverables and print and mail initiatives.
    • Engage with Marketing leadership to align all initiatives with broader organizational goals.
    • Intake, structure, and monitor new marketing projects, identifying potential issues or delays, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
    • Establish detailed timelines and delegate tasks to ensure timely high-quality completion.
    • Maintain meticulous project documentation and records, ensuring all project details are accurately captured and accessible.
    • Participate in cross-organizational planning, project work, and communication participating actively in project meetings, contributing to efficient and effective coordination and communication.
    • Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders, including regular updates on project progress, challenges, and success. Engage with department leads and the Marketing leadership team to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals.

    • Create and share comprehensive reports detailing overall project performance through the use of Teamwork or equivalent project management software.
    • Uphold and promote our organization's values and mission through dedicated marketing services and initiatives.
    • Champion and hold the team accountable to organizational culture standards and demonstrate spiritual maturity.
    • Organizational Representative: Present the global ministry of Wycliffe and encourage interested individuals and churches to participate in this work. Maintain an exemplary standard of ethics and conduct that reflects biblical principles.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director and/or Vice-President of Marketing.

    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5-7 years of experience in business, operations management, project coordination and/or project management; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
    • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Teamwork) and MS Office Suite.
    • Experience managing a portfolio of projects and working with creating agency-style marketing pieces is preferred.
    • Nonprofit ministry work or volunteer experience is also highly beneficial.
    Compensation and Benefits:
    Wycliffe Bible Translators is a non-profit Christian organization. Wycliffe's purpose-driven culture allows you to use your gifts and talents to serve the global work and ministry of Bible translation.
    • The hiring range for this position is $54,448.87-$63, It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. The actual pay rate will be based on various factors such as qualifications, skills and experience, required training, licensure and/or certifications, budget, and location, if applicable. Additionally, the range for this position is based upon and considers Wycliffe's non-profit ministry environment.
