Field Service Engineer - Marysville, United States - Cincinnati Test Systems

Description

The Field Service Engineer position is a field-based, customer-facing role that installs, commissions, services, maintains and modifies Cincinnati Test Systems' equipment at our customer sites.

The Field Service Engineers will often work in a team environment with assistance from lead or senior engineers, project managers and the field service manager, but also as required individually.

We are looking for a candidate that has excellent communication skills and a great attitude.

Education
Associates Degree in a technical field or relevant work experience

Experience

At least 2 years' experience in control system design of automation and industrial equipment; Allen Bradley PLC programming and machine startup/debug.

Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical hardware issues;
Basic understanding of LabVIEW and C#, is a plus.


Position Criteria:
Availability to work evening and weekend hours.
Ability to be on-call and respond to customer emergencies.
Customer service/communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations is essential
Valid Driver's License without restriction
