    • Ogden, UTPosition TypeInternshipJob ShiftDayJob CategorySupply ChainDescriptionThe Supply Chain Intern Analyst position assists in data collection and analysis of various data sets from multiple sources.
    The Analyst will utilize data regarding Scheduling, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Perfect Order tracking, Transportation, Stock Outs, and other related data aspects of Supply Chain.

    The Analyst will prepare reports and identify data trends to show historical results and help drive possible solutions using ERP, Tableau, direct user information, and other resources throughout the company.


    Core Responsibilities:
    Acts as a resource to management on multiple matters by collecting and performing analysis and interpretation of data.
    Performs data cleansing by analyzing volume/projections of products and customer product specifications to eliminate any data point outliers. Prepares reports and presents findings to all required stakeholders.
    Makes recommendations for changes based on trending data. Develops relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve goals and seek improvement opportunities.
    Adheres to all safety guidelines Standards of performance (SOP's), Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP's), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).

    Other ad hoc duties as assigned by LeadershipQualificationsQualifications and Education Requirements:
    Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate program as a rising junior, senior or graduate student for the school year.
    Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or similarly related field.
    Computer and database skills using Microsoft Office (advanced proficiency in Excel).Demonstrated business acumen in analytics. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within and outside of the organization including Senior Management.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to convey information, requirements, goals, targets, and data to internal stakeholders.

    A self-starter who takes initiative with a sense of curiosity, adaptability, and courage to always be a student of the business.

    Demonstrated critical mindset toward appropriately questioning and analyzing information.


    Physical Demands & Work Environment:


    Frequently required to stand; walk; use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color and depth vision.

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to occasionally loud. Exposure to allergens such as Soy, Wheat, Tree Nuts, Milk/Dairy, eggs etc.
