    We are currently seeking applicants for Life Enrichment Assistant positions. This position is also often referred to as an Activities Assistant or Activity Aide.

    Shift Information: 

    • including every weekend

    • will include Bus Outings

    What do Life Enrichment Assistants do at Danbury?

    • Our Life Enrichment Assistants help the Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing resident activities. These activities are recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs. Some examples are: exercise classes, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, group outings, trivia and bingo, brain games, church services, and much more

    What experience or skills do you need to be a Life Enrichment Assistant at Danbury?

    • Experience in a senior living activities / life enrichment department is helpful, but not required.

    • It is essential that our Life Enrichment Assistants are patient, compassionate, and caring.

    • A great outlook, cheerful disposition, and love of seniors are a must.

    • Memory Care experience is a plus
