    Description

    RAMOS is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a leader, bringing with them a strong drive and sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over an impressive 120 years, we stand as industry pioneers, ready to welcome a new addition to our workforce.

    Job Overview:

    • Service existing client base
    • Identify new business opportunities, particularly within the B2B sector
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven track record in time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently
    • Thrives in fast-paced and occasionally challenging environments
    • Passionate about aiding others and fostering connections
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • An active member of the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Must possess a clean background and have reliable transportation
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression
