We are looking for a diligent Senior Accountant to join our accounting department. This position will be a vital component to our growing company.

Responsibilities include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, and conducting internal audits for multiple entities.

You will also be assisting the CFO & CEO as needed by responding to information requests for auditing purposes.

To be successful, you should be able to accurately maintain multiple general ledgers and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

An outstanding Controller should also have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of multiple general ledgers.
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes and consolidations.
Establish and maintain internal controls.
Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and review of weekly performance projections.
Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP.


Senior Accountant Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
3+ years of accounting experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Quick Books experience required.
Knowledge of loan maintenance a plus.
Knowledge of ADP Run payroll a plus.
