    Itochu Building Products (IBP) Holdings is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable T&E Specialist at the Dallas, TX headquarters.

    Comprised of three subsidiary companies (Master Halco, Alta Forest Products, and US Premier Tube Mills), Itochu Building Products is the largest leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of fencing products in North America.

    The Accounts Payable T&E Specialist serves as the program administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for the Wells Fargo T&E portal, supporting the entire organization of approximately 400 users.

    The AP T&E Specialist is responsible for supporting associates related to the interpretation of the Corporate Travel & Entertainment policy, ensuring all expense processes run accurately and timely, analyzing and resolving any Wells Fargo portal issues, and reviewing expense report audit results.

    • Perform or work with Wells Fargo Expense Management (WellsOne Expense Manager, WOEM) system regarding system maintenance, configuration and updates
    • Set up new users and maintain/update user accounts, including assignment and review of unassigned card accounts
    • Provide superior customer service to the Company's users in resolving expense report issues
    • Enforce Company T&E policy, report exceptions to managers for resolution
    • Conduct monthly review audits of expense reports and resolve audit findings per JSOX guidelines
    • Conduct monthly report directly to AP Manager as designed
    • Provide training to new employees
    • Educate users on Company T&E policies to eliminate non-compliant behavior
    • Develop and maintain accurate training videos and documentation, monthly tips, FAQs and functional specification documents
    • Working closely with the AP Manager, oversee and maintain the integrity of WOEM data, to include conducting various audits of the application and data to confirm use of accurate entry processes
    • Assist with other projects as assigned and perform any other duties reasonably related to the functions described above

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Must have experience with Travel & Entertainment software
    • Familiarity with accounting programs and software
    • Experience with internal controls associated with Accounts Payable and T&E
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with employees at all levels of the organization
    • Experience with problem research and resolution
    • Basic knowledge of proper office procedures
    • Ability to follow instructions
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to work with frequent interruptions in a multi-task environment is a plus

    Required Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
    • 3 to 5 years of Accounts Payable T&E experience

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday.
