We're looking for a therapist or social worker to be part of the Evanston team, willing to see a minimum of 20 clients a week. We'll work with you to set your schedule and you'll have a dedicated, beautiful, office each week. Inspire serves a wide variety of clients, including kids, adolescents, adults, families and couples.

As part of a large practice, you get a strong administrative team who takes care of you, so you can focus on your clients. We handle all intake calls, new client paperwork, scheduling, billing, insurance, credit card processing, marketing, office management, and more. For therapists new to private practice, we provide weekly individual supervision, in addition to group supervision, to empower you in your confidence and counseling skills. For all therapists, we have weekly group supervision and individual supervision available as-needed. For all new hires, we provide a paid New Hire Orientation to ensure you are equipped and comfortable in your career at Inspire (and have a warm welcome to the team).

Requirements
Requirements are:
- Minimum of 20 clients a week (25 office hours)
- Weekend availability (for the first year of employment, therapists work one weekend "shift" (Friday 3-8, Sat/Sun 10-1, 1-5pm)
- Experience with counseling (life experience & personal experience with counseling (a plus)
- Paneled with BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, Humana, Aetna (a plus)
- Prior private practice experience (a plus)

Required education:
- Master's or Doctorate
- License or certification (or in-process of obtaining) an MSW, LSW, LPC, MFT, LCPC, LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, LSW, PhD, PMHNP
