Job DescriptionSeeking a perm Assurance Supervisor to work hybrid out of Norfolk or Newport News

Pay is $80k-90K without a CPA, and $85-95k for a CPA

What you'll do:

• Applies accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare accurate work papers for accounting and auditing engagements.
• Effectively presents information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Learns and upholds the firm's expectations for work quality and professional development as well as the firm's culture and core values
• Follows the progress of engagements and helps to identify and research accounting and auditing issues as assigned
• Mentor and coach staff-level co-workers as needed
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and ongoing education opportunities including CPE development

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
