- Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP EWM Solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM modules to support warehouse management processes, including inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, and resource optimization.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiencies within the warehouse management system.
- Lead and contribute to system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the successful implementation and functionality of SAP EWM.
- Provide end-user training and support to enable users to effectively utilize SAP EWM functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, system documentation, and user manuals to ensure proper understanding and utilization of SAP EWM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in resolving system issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and maintaining system integrity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SAP EWM to continuously enhance knowledge and propose innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM functional analysis and configuration.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in implementing SAP EWM modules and integrating with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP WM, SAP MM, SAP SD).
- Strong understanding of system integration and data migration concepts within the SAP ecosystem.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Knowledge of ABAP programming, debug and enhancement techniques within SAP EWM is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective resolutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in leading small teams and managing project deliverables.
- SAP EWM certification is a plus.
