    Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MRO Logistics Department (Code JC40000), Industrial Logistics Division (Code JC43000) of FLTREADCEN EAST.

    Responsibilities You will provide the processes, tools and trained personnel to manage assigned functions in support of all Logistics Industrial Material and Maintenance Planning Data Management Elements and interfaces.

    You will have full Supervisory responsibilities for a team of Logistics Industrial Material and Maintenance Planning Data Management specialists of various integrated disciplines across two distinct sections of specialists.

    You will serve as a high-level Technical Lead for major projects and initiatives that have internal command wide, external command and cross agency level impacts as a FRC leadership representative to senior level stakeholders and customers.

    Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.


    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
    ; 1. Applying a mastery level knowledge of Logistics concepts, methodologies, program operations, policies and FRC industrial processes and business practices to difficult and complex Logistics Industrial Material & Maintenance Planning Data Management workload. 2. Demonstrate a mastery of a broad range of industrial & logistics processes and systems necessary to support aircraft, engines, component and manufacturing. This includes, but is not limited to, understanding the purpose of and use of production & logistics systems or processes such as OneNDMS applications (CONOPs, Business Objects Enterprise (BOE), etc.), IMSP, GDP, BER, RBOM, Router Management, Maintenance Plans, and LORA/SM&R code theory, policies and procedures. 3. Experience communicating complex information across the local NAVAIR organization. Including communication (both written and oral) to leadership such as Division Director, FST, Group Head, XO, CO, etc. 4. Demonstrated the ability to lead, supervise logistic specialists technically and administratively.
